Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") describes how Keette processes Personal Data on your behalf when you use the Services. It applies when we act as a processor and you act as a controller (or equivalent roles under applicable law).
Roles
You determine the purposes of processing payment and customer data you submit. Keette processes that data to provide Accept Payment, Global Payout, and related support, as documented in the Privacy Policy and this DPA.
Instructions
Keette will process Personal Data only on your documented instructions, including these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and configuration you set in the product — unless law requires otherwise.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access control, encryption in transit, and logging. Details live on the Trust Site.
Subprocessors
You authorize Keette to use subprocessors as listed on the Subprocessors page. We remain responsible for their performance to the extent required by applicable law.
