Keette is a product of Basik Technologies, LLC ("Basik", "Keette", "we", "us", or "our"). Keette is a financial technology company and is not a bank. We do not hold deposits, and we do not hold our own banking or money transmission license. Collection, payout, and related payment services are provided through partnerships with banks and other financial institutions that hold the licenses required in each market.
Keette is built so collections and payouts can share one trail without exposing more data than a close requires. This page summarizes the controls we highlight for security reviews. It is an overview, not a certification packet.

We apply access control, encryption in transit, audit logging, and least-privilege production access. Customer data stays in the environments we operate for the Services.

Payment instructions, settlement status, and account identifiers needed to collect or pay out are processed with licensed partner institutions in each market. We minimize what we store to close the trail.

Keette is a product of Basik Technologies, LLC. Basik Technologies, LLC is a financial technology company. It is not a bank, and nothing on this site or in the Services should be read as a claim that Keette is a bank or holds a banking license.
Keette provides software and services that connect you to payment rails. Regulated activities — such as holding funds, moving money, issuing accounts, and settlement — are carried out by our licensed partner institutions under their own licenses. Which partner serves you depends on your market, the rails you use, and the products you enable.
Funds you collect or pay out through Keette are not deposits with Basik Technologies, LLC. Any deposit insurance or regulatory protection that applies is provided, if at all, by the licensed partner institution holding the funds, under that institution's terms.
