Keette provides tools to collect and pay out locally, and to keep a trail finance can close. Features, rails, and coverage vary by market and by the product you buy. We may change or discontinue features with notice where required.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including payouts you initiate and collections you accept.

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use Keette for unlawful payments, fraud, or activity we prohibit in an order form or acceptable-use policy.

Fees, FX, and settlement timing are described in your order form or product dashboard. Local rails may add their own cut-off times. Failed or returned payments can affect when funds are available.

Keette and its licensors own the Services, including software, trademarks, and documentation. You retain rights in the data you submit. You grant Keette a license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services.

The Services are provided "as is." Except where the law does not allow it, Keette disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that rails or partners will always be available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Keette is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may modify these Terms as the products change. Material changes will be posted on this page. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
