We share Personal Data with vendors who help us operate Accept Payment and Global Payout — for example hosting, analytics, customer support, and local collection or payout partners. Because Keette is not a bank, we share the payment and identity data needed to move money with the licensed partner institutions that provide those services, including for compliance checks they are required to run. We may also share data when you ask us to, when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction.

We do not sell Personal Data. Where a partner processes data on our behalf, they may only use it to provide services to Keette under contract.

Keette is a product of Basik Technologies, LLC. Basik Technologies, LLC is a financial technology company. It is not a bank, and nothing on this site or in the Services should be read as a claim that Keette is a bank or holds a banking license.

Keette provides software and services that connect you to payment rails. Regulated activities — such as holding funds, moving money, issuing accounts, and settlement — are carried out by our licensed partner institutions under their own licenses. Which partner serves you depends on your market, the rails you use, and the products you enable.

Funds you collect or pay out through Keette are not deposits with Basik Technologies, LLC. Any deposit insurance or regulatory protection that applies is provided, if at all, by the licensed partner institution holding the funds, under that institution's terms.
